If one were able to obtain an unlocked CDMA Q10, would US Cellular activate it an permit its on its network even though they never carried the z10/q10 units?

I was thinking trying to locate an unlocked unit.

No, it won't work. CDMA carriers are very picky as to what devices they allow on their network, and US Cellular won't allow a CDMA phone that isn't flashed to their network.

LTE is a no-go as well because neither of the two CDMA Q10s (only one of which is unlocked/unlockable--the Verizon one,) has USCC's LTE bands. Even if they did, USCC is under no obligation to allow such a phone on their network (like Verizon is with band 13 LTE devices.)
