    My Q10 is re-starting when I lay it down on a hard surface. I'm not dropping it down, I put it down and usually the top hits the surface first. Anyone else with this issue?

    Check to make sure the Battery is not lose, if it is put a small piece of a card in there to tighten it up.

    That is what I thought too, but the battery is not loose as far as I can tell

    If your under warranty you might want to swap it, or try a diff OS
