    I changed my SIM card, even tough my newtork is getting cut. The network switches to H+ never to 4G... my friend has the same network and she gets on 4G.
    Is it due to my phone?

    Put your SIM into their phone. Does the issue still occur? Place their SIM in your phone. Does the issue still occur?

    If it still happens to your device with their SIM and tnd NOT to their device with your SIM, then yes. It is a hardware issue with phone.

    Oh. Sorry about that. I missed the part about your phone undergoing a restore. Well, I guess we'll have to wait it out. Signs do point towards a hardware issue.

    Did you buy the Q10 from Orange/some other Swiss or European carrier, or in a private sale from an individual or a North American carrier? Because if you don't have a SQN -3, then your Q10 doesn't have Orange's LTE bands.

    Thanks. Well I bought it straight from Orange with a new line contract. Also, My 4g used to work perfectly before: i went abroad for 8 months, and now back in swtzerland and the phone got crazy

    OK. So the phone is most like a -3 then. Even if after the restore 4G doesn't work, check if your APN information matches what's shown here: Switzerland - APN Changer and Data Sim Guide

    You can get into APN settings from Settings>Network Connections>Mobile Networks>APN.
