Hello,

I hope this is the right part of the forum for my question.
I bought a broken Q10 which can't find any WiFi signals. I did a wipe and loaded the OS to be sure that the problem is not caused by a software problem. The WiFi settings are the same as my Q10.
I think there is a hardware problem. I didn't found by searching in the internet a way to repair the WiFi so far.
Is there a way to replace the broken part?
I've a Z10 wich is not working as well, can I use a part of the Z to repair the Q?

PS: I don't know if there are any differences, the BlackBerrys are european versions.

Try running the BlackBerry Virtual Expert on the device, it will be able to detect many hardware problems....

Thank you for the answer. I forgot to write that also the virtual expert can't detect any signals.
I don't know if I have done something wrong but I don't think the VE can detect hardware defects in this case, for other defects it works.

Try this place, and even if they don't have it listed try contacting them often they can get the part you want .....

A hardreset (volume +/- until reboot) also didn't worked.

I also changed the Wifi antenna by using the upper backside cover of my daily Q10. Since there was still no signal the problem seems to be the mainboard I think.

Most BlackBerry devices has this same problem but after restarting device, it solves! In your case I think issue is with WiFi antenna..
