[CrackBerry Question]

Incoming calls not related to an existing contact are not getting recorded in my call log (the voicemail gets recorded; if the caller doesn't leave a phone number, I'm screwed!)

I've not tried a batt pull yet, but have restarted the phone several times. No luck.

Help?!

Is the phone ringing? Or is it just going straight to voice mail. If the phone doesn't ring it will not record the phone call. Meaning service wasn't available when the call was made. Also in your voice mail you should be able to get voice mail box information which will tell you the phone number. At least if your phone service offers that.

True... I often turn my device into Airplane mode to spare battery and when I am not sensed to be reachable... and then I only recieve a text message from my voice mail box informing me how much calls I missed, which number and if message left or not.
