I receive a text message on my Q10. There is no caller identified. But since I know whose number that is, I'd like to add a contact, using the displayed phone number as the mobile number. I can't see any way to enter the Add Contact function from the text message.

Try holding the top of the message with the person's phone number. The only texts I have are from people I have in my contacts. But if I hold the name and number that appear, I get an option to open the contact detail.

In the hub, press and hold onto the message. In the overflow menu, you'll see an option 'add to contact'.
