Hey all,

I purchased a micro hdmi cord from crackberry.com for the purposes of watching the movies on my Q10 on my HDTV. When I plug my Q10 into the HDTV everything displays just fine...I then go to play a video purchased from Blackberry world and it will play for 3 seconds then go blank... play for 3 seconds and then go blank... again and again. I tried playing the video with the "Play On" option... clicked on the 'hdmi" it went full screen on my HDTV but proceeded to do the same on for 3 seconds blank screen thing. When I played a video from my Playbook to the same HDTV it worked just fine!

Any help would be much appreciated!

Try a different video. Something not purchased from BlackBerry, even a video you take yourself would be fine. If that video doesn't do it then you know it's an issue with the video.

Thanks for the response!, changing the display setting from the 1080p (preferred setting) to a lower resolution did the trick!
