    Why is my Q10 Games App taking up 14 GB of memory? I don't play games. I've only opened the App twice. Apparently, it is integrated in to the operating system software so it can't be deleted. Any suggestions?

    Update your phone, they discontinued Games and removed it over a year ago

    The OS is at the latest release (10.3.2.556). Did you mean buy a new phone?

    It should have been removed when you installed 10.3 OS as it was discontinued, don't know why you still have it.

    Backup your stuff and run a Security Wipe, your version is rather old but should be stable enough, hopefully it will wipe that crap out
