    Hello out there,

I have a big problem that occurs since the last BBOS-Update (10.2.1.2941). Whenever I put my device into 'night mode' (black ground, red clock) at daytime for some hours (and only then!), the system freezes after ending that mode. Only a restart helps then, the shutdown menu still works however.

Has anybody a clue how to solve this? Thx!

    Hello and welcome!
I would like to say there has to be an answer but I am wondering if there is something wrong with your install. Sounds like your device doesn't have enough memory to complete the action and freezes up.

How are you at reloading the OS?

Thanks for your quick answer! The strange thing is, when I put my a device into night mode at night (like it is ment to be), there is never a problem - it only happens at daytime. Crazy! I've never done an OS-reload. How does that work?

Wait until you see the red digits of the clock when activating night mode before you put your Q10 in a holster.
I had the same issue, until I learned, that I have to wait until the device is completely in night mode.
Since then I never had the issue again.
