[CrackBerry Question]

hello, I bought second hand Blackberry Q10 on Ebay and was trying to register the phone.
But the Seller didn't delete 'Anti-Theft Protection' on the Phone, So I requested seller that if he or she can remove protection.
Seller deleted the protection, but i can not still use the phone.
So i asked her to give me her registered account to access this phone and to remove her account registration from this phone.
But she hesitated to give her ID so she removed Blackberry account.
But the phone still has anti-theft protection and it requires used ID.
So i asked the Seller again and received her ID &PW which were deleted..
I'm trying to login but the phone says wrong password.. so I asked her to give me right password but she said it is her password.

Someone tell How can I access this Phone? Her account is not existing because she deleted it.
Could you tell me why can't I access this phone, which the seller deleted protection on Blackberry website?

It appears that either she is screwing you (and not in a nice way) or her memory is sadly lacking as to what her password is/was.

Seller would have needed to turn off BlackBerry Protect before deleting her account. The device is useless now.
