1. Do I have to pay again for the purchased apps that I already installed when:
-I wipe all the data in the blackberry device I am currently using (blackberry Z3) and want to install them again?
-Switch to another blackberry 10 device and want to install the same apps in the new device?
With conditions: using the same blackberry ID.

2.Does blackberry ID only possible work with one device at the same time?

Blackberry ID carries over any apps you have installed or purchased from BBWorld. Yes the same BBID can be used at the same time on different devices but not when using BBM. You will be told that BBM is being used on another device and if you want to switch it to the current device.
