    Hi, I'm having BlackBerry z10. Each and every time I happen to purchase an app through my credit card, an error message is shown and I'm asked to verify my credit card details. I haven't purchased even a single app till now. Anyone knows how to purchase apps kindly let me know. Thanks

    You'll want to go ahead and put your card details in on your phone, you can use PayPal too

    Go to settings- payment options - just add your card or other form of payment

    Sorry, misread your post, try deleting your card details from the payment options first, go to BlackBerry world settings and refresh it, restart your phone, add your card details and try again

    I tried what you have said, but the same thing exists. I don't know how to purchase apps from BlackBerry World. If anyone knows please let me know.

    So where you able to enter any credit card or paypal data into the ''payment options''?
