    I did my BlackBerry Z10 security wipe afterwards proximity sensor stopped working

    I'm not sure there is a simple solution. It is most likely hardware failure IF BVE told you it failed it's test. You MIGHT try reloading your OS, but probably your best bet is to take the device to a service center or other BlackBerry repair center.

    If all you did was software-related, you may want to do an OS reload, and a hard reboot (turning the device OFF then ON). If all resolutions has been done, then it must be a hardware problem.
