    I am having trouble to contact my phone through BlackBerry protect website. I have the phone in my hand. It is connected well to both wifi and mobile network. Still when I am trying to make any option done - location n play sound, display message, lock device..nothing works. I am getting error message, cannot communicate with device.
    Also in blend. Am not able to connect via wifi. But through USB, it does. Whenever I try to connect via Blend through wifi, it say no device in this ID. So I had changed the password and reset the setting in my BlackBerry id. My device shows in protect. But blend says, no device in this ID.
    Any idea?

    IPhase you tried deleting blend from you device and your PC or tablet? I was having the same problem, and it wasn't until I deleted blend and downloaded blend from beta zone that I could connect

    Before I post here, I had deleted every BlackBerry software from my laptop and re installed. It still works the same way. No prob with Link and Blend via USB. But via wifi, it says no device in the given BlackBerry ID.
    Should I delete it from my mobile?
    Just coz I saw there is some issues with protect who uses 10.3.2, I thought I should give a shot with my Q10SQN100-3/10.3.1.2726. But I was unable to use any protect features

    Ya, I deleted it from my mobile too and it worked for me..but not sure if it was a fluke or will fix you too as I was unable to find little about this issue anywhere

    I did a complete OS reinstall and now my blend works
    Thanks a ton for the help.
    And about protect. I had switch it off..i forgot abt tht
    Anyways really value ur help
