    Hello Crackberry users im having a dilemma with my blackberry storm 2 9550. Before i upgraded to 5.0.0.713 all the keys on my phone worked an i didnt have any issues at all.. When i plugged in and i updated with desk top manager to 5.0.0.713 thats where my problems began. Now when my phone goes idol and i push my phone to get the screen back up nothing works all i have is a black screen. the bottom buttons light up so i know my phone is on but i dont have any screen activity. Please help!!!

    You might try reloading the software again

    Try going back to the previous OS and see if the issue still occurs.
