    Hello, my name is Emmanuel Afuwape and i really need help pertaining the reinstallation of bbm on my blackberry bold 6. i deleted my blackberry messanger and tried reinstalling it again but it just keeps giving me errors or it will start installing then it would finish and say a problem occured every time. Itried this a hundred times but i keep getting the same result. i tried restarting my blackberry i tried turning on and off the wifi but no good results. Please I need help urgently.

    Start off with a battery pull.
    With the Bold fully powered on, remove the battery, wait 30 seconds, then replace the battery to reboot.

    Next try installing BBM again.
    How are you trying? Via BlackBerry World? There's a direct download link from the BB website too, but I'll have to find the link for you.
