When I'm listening to videos or music in the browser, I can adjust the volume up and down but the down won't go low enough - the music is still too loud. I found something in Help about volume boost - I thought maybe this was turned on, but I can't find it to turn it off if that's the problem. The headset is a LG hbs730. Anyone have a suggestion?

SO which device do you have and which OS?
It might need to be reloaded. My volume adjusts right down to 0

I have the Z10, model STL100-4.
OS 10.2.1.2976
I can adjust the volume to 0 on the phone without the bluetooth connected, but when the headset connects I'm having problems... and it a new problem but the headset is older. I hadn't thought about reloading the OS.
