Since yesterday i can't open androids apps on my Z10 they freeze on loading screen and then shut down. Also, i cant upload my blackberry apps they also freeze on loading screen. I tried multiple time to reset my phone and remove the battery but it didnt work. It all started when my phone ran out of battery while i was using snapchat.. When i started it after that, androids apps would not open anymore.
I would charge the phone to 100 percent. Then I would try and open the android apps. It usually takes a minute to open one and then after that, they all will open ok. Unless you want to try deleting one or two and reloading them.
I did a backup and a security wipe. But the problem is still. When i open an android app i get stuck on the loading screen then after a couple minute it shut down. I think its a runtime error but i dont know why it happen to me right now... i havent touched anything... last thing i downloaded was blackberry world update like a week ago. Could that be the reason?
What app are you using to retrieve android apps?

Im not sure i understand your question. I had sideloaded snap and everything was working fine until that day. Now i cant do anything because i cant open any android apps.
