Problem with signing in BlackBerry ID Username and Blackberry ID Password NOT recognised

Good day,
The phone for some reason requests a Username (Most confusing) because it does not recognise my email address. On the Internet I could change my password with my email address as the username.

But booting up the phone it does not recognise my login details.
Can't use the phone, if I exit it states I'll lose all my data, hence I need to cancel.
When I start again, same story.

I need help, please.

If you have gone through all of the BBID reset options and it's still not working, then your best bet would be to contact BlackBerry support directly.
