    I wanted to upgrade my BlackBerry Z10 from 10.2.1 to 10.2.2. For that I used Sachesi 1.2.1 with country code:262 Carrier: 02.

    Now after downloading 154 file of total 1.2 GB around, I went to install tab and dragged the downloaded folder. The progress window appears on my phone and then it disappeared. Also the progress at Sachesi stuck on random file and at 10%.

    I used the latest version of Sachesi, but there I am getting communication error 2: connection lost.

    Please help.

    Reboot your phone. reboot your PC. Use the latest version of Sachesi...2.something, or at least the 1.9.9.x
    try the download again. Or better yet, download the autoloader and just cable up and double click the exe.
