    My friend forgot his BBID Password but remembers the answer for secret question. So he goes to reset Password, enter captcha and answer for secret question and he is informed immediately that an email has been sent to him but nothing comes to his inbox.

    His email is @centrum.cz

    Did anyone go through this issue before? is there is a BlackBerry email for support regarding these matters?

    It wasn't in Spam of course.

    But anyway it was delivered after 48 hours of submitting his request
