My Dad has a new Blackberry classic. He has been able to reconnect BBM with my sister who has a Samsung and my niece who has a Blackberry. I have the same Samsung as my sister but cannot connect with him. We have tried inviting by text, by pin and by barcode and no invites are sent or received by either of us.
Please help, it's driving us mad!
