    Hi,
    I have some troubles with my Q10 : i can't Update it
    I tried Autoloader, Update with Blackberry Link and I have error "This OS is blocked from device or 0x000000A2.

    My OS is 10.3.1.1949 and it's the only one Autoloader who work on this phone.
    What i must do to repair it and upgrade it ?

    You must download 10.3.2 Autoloader, go with the latest 10.3.2.2339
