    I have upgraded my 9300 curve to OS 6 and now i cannot have Blackberry world and cannot open images or download videos from whats app .....opening a image in Facebook is harrowing... help me please i am a blackberry lover i do not want to re[lace it with a android phone

    • Do you have an active BIS plan on that line?
    • Is your phone on 2G AND on a bad reception area?
