    Hi cb
    i have a q10 and this morning i noticed it was off so i assumed the bettry was dead after charging i noticed the BlackBerry 10 OS error codes - US message and i don't know how to proceed , kindly advice as i know very little about computer/phone
    so pls help me .

    Hello and welcome.
    You will have to reload your OS probably. Plug into your laptop and run BBLink.
