[CrackBerry Question]

Hello all,

I am new user of the Blackberry Z10. As I started up using this device I followed all the Instructions. I have created Blackberry ID. When i tried to get the app of higher size from my laptop it is not allowing me to take it.

Going further with this issue I have created another ID. Which is login perfectly on my laptop. And when i try to download the apps with this email Id it is showing following issue.

This might be because of in my phone i am using the old ID.

But also if I try to change the password the mail that has to come on the my the email ID.

Can anyone please help me out with the above Issue it will be appreciated.

So you were trying to update an app via your laptop? You need to open up blackberry world on your phone to do that using the blackberry ID associated with it. Making a new blackberry id essentially starts you fresh again and you would have to rebuy those apps as it is associated with your old blackberry id.
