    I buyed blackberry z10 one month ago but my mobile was turning off suddenly when battery present becomes 60%. And it turning on when I connected charger and it continues charge at 60%, please any one help me...

    same issue, device suddenly shut down even on 60 % and does not power on untill i connect to a charger, please someone help me to identify what problem is exactly, whether its a battery issue or OS related or any other hardware problem... i also tried security wipe but didnot worked
