    I need help with my girlfriend's phone, today I installed last leek (10.3.0.1052) on hers stl3 but when I try to restore hers data I get a problem when trying to choose from previous restore, it says that it wasn't the same BlackBerry ID, previously I made 10.3 my dad's Q10, my mom's Q5 and my Z30 and no problem restoring, any idea about what happened?

    What kinds of a phone does your girlfriend have? Did you make a backup with it? Do you have the newest version of Link?

    On ur PC go to start/Documents / BlackBerry / Backup to see BlackBerry name is there if not you don't have a backup for it

    The back up is there, but I can't use it with the same phone that was the one I restore
