    Since I upgraded to 10.3 OS my favourite apps like Medscape and updated Adobe acrobat keep crashing!! So frustrating to use my BlackBerry without these 2 apps. These 2 apps in addition to so many other android apps work perfectly well on 10.2 OS. Any help?

    How did you get to 10.3? Did you upgrade using software center or did you wipe, update and then restore?

    I would do a full back-up, wipe the phone but don't do a full restore, leave out Blackberry Runtime as suggested on a number of other threads related to similar issues.

    Bear in mind, this will involve reinstalling all your Android apps again though.

    I have found my z30 has a lot of lagging going on since the update.. I also did the update through the software update in settings.. wonder if I should do a wipe.... But then I need to reinstall snap..
