Priv - Why does an email disappear when Conversation View is turned on?
I am testing out a Blackberry Priv for work. I am on Exchange.
This is the first time that I am using a Blackberry in a long time so I don't have any experience with the current Blackberry email program of the Hub.
To illustrate the issue in a simple manner as possible I cleared out everything down to one email for a specific day.
On Thursday November 26, 2015 I have one email in my Inbox in Outlook (on the Exchange server).
In the Blackberry email program when Conversation View is turned off I see that one email and only that one email on November 26, 2015. This is what I expect.
If I turn Conversation View on (Top Left Menu, Settings, General Settings) and go back to look at November 26, 2015 there are no emails displayed.
Why is the email not displayed when Conversation View is turned on?
I would expect that either view would show me all the emails that are in my Inbox.
(by the way, when I use the search function I can see the email)
