    Android has many video call apps.

    You can use Skype to talk to BB10 devices.

    You can use Facebook Messenger, Hangouts, Line, ooVoo, ICQ, KaKaotalk, WeChat, Tango, Viber, or others if you want to talk to anyone else.

    No video chat on any non-BB10 version of BBM. Not just priv.
