First day with my new priv and I have a few things to bag about

1- why is the voice mail icon not disappearing on the top of the phone even though I have no msg and why is the phone number in the notification for the voice mail not mine?

2- in the hub when I open up an email a lot of the time it will not open up it just sits there and says loading content

3- how do you turn of the vibration when typing on the keyboard

4- were is the white keyboard

I'll post more questions when they arise, thanks again yall

The first you might want to check with the carrier. But usually when I have an issue like that, I call the voicemail and use the menu options to make it hang up, I don't personally hang up, I let it do it from its end, and it goes away after a while.

All voicemail systems are different though.

Make sure you update your hub and all the BlackBerry apps from play store. If you have done so give it a good ol' restart.

The settings for the keyboard are under settings in language, just poke around until you find them, they're there.

    There is no white keyboard.

The voicemail issue happened to me when I initially bought my device. Simple quick solution is to go into you app drawer and then settings. Click on apps and scroll to all apps on the top.
Scroll down till you find the phone app. Click on it and clear data. This will get rid of it.

I have also been told to call yourself and leave a voice mail then check it and deleted but I never did try this and the first option solved it for me.

Screenshot is volume down + power button. Hold it for a few seconds.

For you to view your SD card you'll have to download a file manager from google play.

You have android now. That's what's wrong with your battery.

Still, make sure all apps are updated. Then give it a hard reset (hold down the power button for 42 seconds)

Yup. That sounds about right. Batter sucks on android. Browsing for five hours kills your battery.

Remember that this screen drains battery like nothing, it's a quad hd screen, which means ridiculous battery drain.

Possibly but If you're just firing things up give the system some time to settle and index.
