    Hi everyone,

I've had the Priv for a while and i also got it an original blackberry cover for it with the slidey thing in front and what not (worth its money, got a few dents in it already). However the problem is that since it's a nice thick black envelop on the back, most of the heat ends up retained inside, which of course risks damage and the inconvenience of forcing the phone to start shedding performance.

Anyone found a good workaround for it please?

That would happen with any cover then, no? My Priv has had numerous covers on it and I've never noticed heat build up or performance hits (on the other hand, it's always slowish, so how would I notice?).

Have you run the update to Marshmellow yet? Users have reported overheating issues quelled after they upgraded to that Android release.
