    I have recently changed sim cards in UK and back again here in Canada but my Priv is not saving images and video to my 256 sd card, button to select saving is greyed out?? Help..this priv is not the device I hoped it would be lots of glitch stuff going on and it is an unlocked former AT and T so I can't get the android updates??

    Is the card recognized and formatted?

    Can you see it in whatever file manger you are using? Can you manually save files to it?

    Might check the Camera App and look at its' permissions, look at "all permissions" and see if "modify or delete the contents of your SD card" is there.
