I got a Priv today. Set up the hub with the same accounts as in my Z30. I still have the Z30, working only with wifi on my desk, and it is getting emails from 30 mins to almost 2 hours before they show up on the Priv, even if I hit refresh on the Priv.

    How can this be fixed?

Is it set to IMAP/POP or push?
If it's not set up correctly, it may use IMAP/POP which has a refresh rate

Not sure what you mean. They are outlook and gmail accounts, so I set them up with automatic settings. I am sure Push is enabled for them, though.

For Gmail, you can disable sync, which has had some trouble. The push component will still work, so that might clear it up for Gmail
For outlook, if you've already been bumped to Outlook Preview, then there are issues on Microsoft's end. This pertains to attachments, etc

Okay, I disabled sync (set to never) but kept push on for the gmail account. An improvement. Different test emails now arrive between 20 secs and 1 min after they do on the Z30.

As for a test email on the outlook ones it seems to vary between 10 mins to half hour. Only text.
