    My Priv has green borders around icons when there double tapped. Everything has become impossible to use. Any ideas?

    You're welcome. I wasn't sure what options 5.1.1 had for accessibility but I assumed it was something along those lines for the visually impaired, where it tells you vocally what has been touched.
