    i updrade my bb from 10.2.1.3014 to 10.3.1.997 using autoloader in my bb z10 stl 100-3.
    after updrade all are fine but the pre installed apps are not showing.
    i download some of the apps bbve,calculator,clock etc., in bb world.
    how to install music,videos,photos....

    Why install 997 yet? This is for Dev and not enough applications, if want use it you can add all apps from other OS .

    Try 10.3.1.2267 it's complete OS and has no bugs
