    I can't find the notification settings I mean the option where you can set up ringtones for messages or apps..please help.thanks

    There's a lot of changes after the update, one major thing I notice on my Q10 is the sound volume- its not that loud anymore compared before. Please fix. Thanks.

    A lot of users have complained about the lower sound volume. Have you tried using the legacy BlackBerry ringtones?

    Ringtones for older BlackBerry devices (like Bold and Curve), they had really loud ringtones, you could use those (from the link).
