The Bluetooth hands free device in my 2015 Mazda CX-5 does not support text messages from a BB Z10. It tells me I have a msg to be downloaded but the download always fails. Mazda's Bluetooth support line has confirmed that this feature is not supported from the BB Z10. I'd like to keep the other hands free features working but eliminate the notices that I have a message (that I can't down load).

Don't think so. BT uses whatever profiles are loaded onto the devices so one of the devices seems to believe the other has access to it and keeps trying to initialize it, be it your car or your Z10. Pretty sure it's the car that's the problem but not certain. In any case, can't think of a way to remove that one profile. What happens if you just ignore it? lol.
