    When I am receiving a phone call on my DTEK50, is it possible to send a BBM quick response to the caller instead of the SMS default?

    It's possible on BlackBerry 10 if the caller is a BBM contact. Do you have the DTEK50? Check the contact and look for a BBM input field. If you find one, put the contact's PIN in there and save the contact. Now next time you get the call, you check your instant replies and see if it works.
