Purchased a new Q5 and tried to download the newest software updates - 1.7GB. Update got interrupted it says, only option was to cancel. When I tried again I thought it would resume from where it left off, and not start over. I noticed that I lost a lot of storage space from this. Now when I try to actually download it again it says "Please free up 715 MB of storage space to download update". Is it possible to sort of "roll back" my storage and undo the interrupted updates that take up a huge amount of space on my phone? Very discourage since I got my new phone. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Sorry I don't really know how to recover that free space, have you rebooted?

Anyway here is some info to consider Unable to upgrade to BlackBerry OS 10.3.1 due to insufficient space? | CrackBerry.com it applies to most all updates.
