Poor(?) Bluetooth connectivity with Era by jawbone

I thought it was just my old z10, but I find that my new Z30STA100-5/10.3.1.2582 still give me some troubles.

I have a transform shell case on the phone.

If I have my phone in my left front jeans pocket and the Era in my right ear I get OK performance until I start walking. Then it sounds like someone is switching the pick ups on an electric guitar on and off while it is being played.

Am I being unreasonable in my expectations? Is this normal performance?

I actually experience the same behavior, just switch your phone or earpiece to the same side of your body. Worked for me.
