    i started the security wipe and it has been 5 days and its still stuck there ... i performed it twice cause my battery was dead so i started it again and its again stuck in wipeing... please let me know what can i do???

    Install BB LINK on your PC.
    Connect device to PC via USB and open Link.
    Hard reboot your device while connected to try and force recognition.
    The wipe may restart and speed through process.

    If this fails you may need to use an autoloader. Read the links below.
