[CrackBerry Question]

I need help please.
My phone dont let me place a call and dont let me recieve,when i try to call is crashing and i must restart it and when is turned on i get the message: application registry: get or wait for(0x7c802477365c3985)owner died thread(thread 901450752,5)
When someone calling me is showing to him that my phone rings but actualy my phone dont ring at all.
What can i do?
If somebody can help me i will be greatfull.

Not knowing what carrier or OS you are on, it sounds like you might have an issue with a corruption within the OS. I would try reloading the OS without adding back in the settings from from the previous install. You can use these instructions to do this.

1) Download the latest OS for your phone onto your computer.

2) Install the OS to your computer.

3) Delete the vender.xml files from your computer. You can find them located on your computer here:
C:\Users\*user name*\AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

4) Backup the data on your phone.

5) Preform a security wipe on your phone.

6) Restart your computer

7) Plug your phone into your computer.

8) Run the Loader.exe file found here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader. Follow the instruction giving in the program.

9) Open up Desktop Manager and select "Restore". Then under the heading "Select Data to Restore" choose "Select device data and settings". From there only add back in your messages, SMS, MMS, contacts, and BBM. Do not select any of the settings options.
