a friend has a samsung S6 and the damn thing isnt recognizing her fingerprint nor accepting her pattern nor her backup pin nor her google account and it stopped showing up in her android device manager and samsung manager...

she is trying to avoid another factory reset (2nd time this has happened in 4 months)

tried a few tips (overloading passcode screen to crash it, etc) and nothing is working.

phone updated lastnight and thats when this started.

any ideas?
(told her to go to tmobile and upgrade to a PRIV)
