    Hi all guys,
    I've a problem with creating new playlists on my BlackBerry Q5. I don't know why, but everytime I press on "Create new playlist" there is an error that make me exit on the music app.
    I don't know what I have to do.. Help!

    My music is all on an SD, maybe can be this the problem?

    music on an SD is NOT the problem. It's probably that your music player is corrupted and needs to be re-installed.
