Okay thanks for letting everyone know.

Q10 with Telus on 10.3.0.1052

May be you see the signal WiFi connection quality to the router, but the router is not connected?
The "Internet signal" is green.
The "connection" is white/grey.
So if the connection to the router is good, you see a grey or white wifi signal. When routed to the internet, you see a green signal.
