Would it be possible to install Google play store and Google services on a passport?
Gizchina has a guide for installing Google play on the xiami mipad and if you search for "xiaomi app store apk" in Google, thisfox.com has a guide to installing xiaomi market.
Or is installing play store just not possible?

It's a native client to access Google Play
There is a hacked version of Google Play Services you cab install, but I don't have experience with it
