    tried to download new os, said update failed kept trying to download. Connected phone to bblink, now it shut off wont start up hold power button led flashes twice phone wont boot up, tried to do factory reset, wont let me do that says error not connected. Update request was on my phone, new software update 10.3.1

    You might have to load a auto loader to get it to come back to life, have you tried holding the volume up and down buttons in until it reboots to the loading circle.

    if you have removable bat take it off connect phone with pc put the bat back then click reload

    tried to volume buttons - nothing happens. Tried pulling battery connect to pc bblink put battery in all to no avail. Error message comes up when I try to reload software, says error could not connect to my device.

    change yr usb cable and try a different pc

    if you don't get yr pc to connect to yr phone u've got a bad hardware

    You will probably have to use an auto loader to get your phone back, do you have a back up of your phone done.

    ive downloaded autoloader, bootrom screen is there, then im supposed to plug phone into pc via usb and turn phone on, when i hold power button down all i get is 2 led red flashes phone will not turn on
