I have a problem with my z10 battery, or phone. At around 60% or less, my phone will just suddenly turn off. Whenever I plug the charger, it turns out the battery is drained up to 0%. I decided to buy a new battery for my z10, but the same thing happened.

    I assume you're using an STL100-1? Here's my workaround:

    1. Turn OFF your phone and remove the battery.
    2. Plug the charger on your device for about 10 seconds (your device's LED should lit red).
    3. Remove the charger and put back the battery (the phone will automatically turn itself ON).
    4. The phone will now display the real charge of the battery. Charge your phone normally after this. It should get you to a 100% now.
